Getting Started
Do I need prior yoga experience to join live online classes?
No. Beginners are welcome. What matters is your willingness to show up. Our focus programs meet you where you are — whether you are new to the mat or deepening an existing practice.
What is included in my online plan?
Live instructor-led classes for your plan duration, access across focus categories, and joining links for each booked slot. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Can I teach yoga after taking these online classes?
These live wellness classes support your personal practice and are not a teacher-training certification. For RYT and specialty certifications, see our online Plans catalog.
Is practising yoga live online safe?
Yes — when you follow your instructor’s cues and honour your body’s limits. Teachers offer modifications on camera, and therapeutic focus areas are designed with safety in mind. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor before starting.
Do I need a visa or travel plans to join?
No travel required. Online classes meet you wherever you are. Visa guidance applies only if you later join an in-person program in Rishikesh — our main school team can help with that separately.
Classes
Are these live classes or recorded?
All classes are live, real-time video sessions. You join at the scheduled time and interact directly with the instructor. There are no pre-recorded videos.
How many classes can I attend per week?
As many as fit within your plan duration and the available time slots. There are no per-class caps — your plan is about duration (1 or 3 months), not class count.
Can I switch between focus areas?
Yes. Your plan gives you access to all 15 focus programs. You can mix and match slots across areas based on what your body needs each week.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a stable internet connection. A quiet space where you can move freely (roughly 6×4 feet) is ideal.
Booking & Payment
When will online payment go live?
We're in pilot launch mode and collecting payment details manually right now. Full Razorpay integration is coming soon — we'll notify all booked students before it goes live.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not satisfied after your first two classes, reach out to us and we'll work something out. We stand behind the quality of our instruction.
Is my referral discount stackable with other offers?
Referral discounts (15%) apply to the already-discounted pilot launch price. They cannot be combined with other promotional codes, if any exist.
Technical
Which platform are classes held on?
Classes are conducted via Zoom. You'll receive a meeting link after booking confirmation. Make sure you have Zoom installed.
What if I miss a class?
Since these are live sessions, we don't offer recordings. However, you can attend any other available slot during your plan period.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps download/upload is recommended for a smooth experience. You can use Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
